Wade Hunt Information Technology was founded in Rockhampton in 2003, with one purpose in mind – for Wade to provide IT consulting services to local business, at the highest quality whilst always maintaining his strong ethics.

Wade Hunt Information Technology has been in business since 2003, employs 8 full time technicians, has long-standing relationships with our clients, and values great customer service.

We understand that everyone’s problem is important which is why we aim for same day response to your problem. If the problem is urgent and is impacting your business, we prioritise your job and assign whatever resources are required to get you back up and running.
Wade Hunt
Managing Director
Wade attended Central Queensland University, graduating with a B.Information Technology in 1998. For the next 5 years, Wade worked for a local business as I.T. Manager before deciding to make the move into private consultancy in July 2003 trading as Wade Hunt Information Technology.
Since then, the business has grown progressively with Wade moving into the role of Managing Director, overseeing 9 staff.
Wade takes pride in developing strong relationships with clients, mentoring staff, and ensuring the ongoing success of the business.
Lesley Hunt
Office Manager
Lesley attended Central Queensland University, graduating with a B.Engineering (Co-Op), Civil Engineering (First Class Honours) in 2000, and commenced working as a Structural Engineer in Rockhampton.
Lesley joined Wade early in the business, helping with accounts at night, whilst working in engineering by day. After a few years, the business had grown so much, that the role became full-time incorporating all aspects of Wade Hunt I.T. administration. Lesley is now the Office Manager, focussed on maintaining our high standards of workmanship, and processes to ensure clients are satisfied with our service.
Jordan Glazebrook
Operations Manager
Jordan joined the Team in 2018 as a I.T Support Officer after completing his Degree at CQ university, quickly rising through the ranks and in 2024 was promoted to Operations Manager, with a keen interest in cloud infrastructure as well as deploying on-premises solutions.
Outside of work he enjoys playing golf, hanging out at the pub & long walks on the beach.
DK Ah-Sam
Senior I.T. Support Officer
DK came on board in March 2024, with 10+ years of experience in Government, Corporate and MSP environments, and holds Microsoft certifications. He has a great passion for technology in both professional day to day aspects and leisure time.
Joe Hunt
Senior I.T. Support Officer
Joe is currently studying his Bachelor of Information Technology at CQU, majoring in Cyber Security. He has been working with WHIT part time since 2023 and is keen to learn and develop his skills further, focussing on providing excellent customer service.
Joe enjoys going to the gym and spending time with friends and family.
Adam Hooper
I.T. Systems Engineer
Adam joined the Wade Hunt IT team in November of 2021 and completed his Bachelor of Information Technology at Central Queensland University in 2022.
Adam has a passion for technology and aims to solve problems whist delivering exceptional customer service.
Azam Syed
I.T. Support Officer
Azam recently graduated with a Master’s in Information Technology, specializing in Network and Information Security and holds a Diploma in Project Management. With a strong Electronics and Communication Engineering background, Azam is confident in tackling real-world challenges in network security and IT projects.
Outside of work, Azam enjoys boxing and working out at the gym.
Kyle Barnham
I.T. Support Officer
Kyle joined our team in 2025 while studying at Central Queensland University. He has since graduated with a Bachelor of Information Technology degree with Distinction, complementing his other degree, Bachelor of Digital Media, completed in 2019.
Outside of work, Kyle enjoys video games, working out, and competing in different social sports.
Matt Hunt
I.T. Support Officer
Matt is currently studying his Bachelor of Information Technology at CQU, majoring in Cyber Security. He is currently working with WHIT part time and is keen to learn and develop his skillset within the industry, focusing on providing clients with clinical and technical support.
Matt enjoys going to the gym and enjoying his weekends with friends and family.
Sarah Allen
Administration
Sarah has worked in administration all her working life, with a Certificate III in Business Administration.
She was part of the Wade Hunt IT team back in 2016 and after a short break to have children, she is back and excited to re-join the team.
Jorja Findlater
Administration
Jorja graduated high school in 2023 and chose to join the team at Wade Hunt IT in January 2024, commencing her work life in administration.
She enjoys reading books, listening to Taylor Swift, and hanging out with her friends.
